EMPLOYEE PASSPORT / ROTA / LAUNCHING SOON
Plan the working week around your people. EPL Rota is launching soon, bringing staff scheduling together with existing work patterns, leave and attendance records in the Employee Passport Hub.
Preview of the planned EPL Rota module. Images show existing design mock-ups with illustrative data; final screens and release scope may change.
The planned workflow starts with employee work patterns, so managers can build a draft week around the information already held in the Hub.
Holiday and absence are designed to sit alongside planned shifts, helping managers identify clashes before publishing a rota.
The roadmap connects published shifts with Tap In/Out records so managers can review scheduled and actual hours together.
A spreadsheet can show a shift, but the information behind it often lives somewhere else. Managers have to check leave, copy contracted hours and chase updates before sharing a new version.
EPL Rota is being developed inside your wider employee system. The planned weekly view brings staff, dates, locations and departments together, with tools to copy a previous week and generate a draft rota from work patterns. Managers will be able to review the draft before making it visible to employees.
Design preview: shift details, breaks, location and role in one view. This is a mock-up of the forthcoming feature.
Start with work patterns or an earlier rota. Review proposed shifts alongside leave and absence before publication.
The planned publishing step checks the rota and makes the agreed shifts available to the relevant employees.
Connect the schedule with Tap In/Out and review differences between planned and actual time as part of timesheet approval.
Holiday and absence management and Tap In/Out are already part of the EPL Hub. The forthcoming rota module is designed to connect these processes, keeping the employee record at the centre of planning and follow-up.
