Your business gets sector-specific support from named advisers: HR consultants qualified to a minimum CIPD Level 5, NEBOSH-qualified Health & Safety consultants and fire experts. We help complete the work, including onboarding, letters, risk assessments and on-site support for difficult conversations and workplace risks.
We build a year-ahead action plan from your audit, contact you monthly if you have not called us, and review Health & Safety progress quarterly. When actions are outstanding, we help complete them. If you arrive with an existing audit, we use it to get the tasks completed as part of your onboarding.
Software onboarding includes four separate installation days: administrators, managers, employees and a final setup review. Our technical team walks and talks you through the setup until you are happy and properly onboarded.
Choose pay-as-you-go support or a 12-month support agreement with the agreed price unchanged during the term. If you feel EPL is not helping or providing the support you need, our commitment is to let you leave. Software is month by month, with flexibility to move up or down.
