Is software included with HR support?
Yes. Employee Passport software is included with HR Support and the combined HR and Health & Safety package.
Can I buy the software on its own?
Yes. Standalone software starts at £20 per month for 1–10 employees. We will confirm the price for your workforce before you decide.
Does HR support include audits and action plans?
Yes. HR Support includes an HR audit, action planning, documentation and ongoing advice. The combined package also includes a Health & Safety audit and action plan.
Do you support larger or more complex businesses?
Yes. We can discuss your workforce, the level of support you need and any more complex requirements, then provide tailored pricing.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No. All prices shown on this page exclude VAT. Therefore, allow for VAT when comparing the total cost. You can read the GOV.UK guidance on VAT rates for more information.

We build a year-ahead action plan from your audit, contact you monthly if you have not called us, and review Health & Safety progress quarterly. When actions are outstanding, we help complete them. If you arrive with an existing audit, we use it to get the tasks completed as part of your onboarding.
Software onboarding includes four separate installation days: administrators, managers, employees and a final setup review. Our technical team walks and talks you through the setup until you are happy and properly onboarded.
Choose pay-as-you-go support or a 12-month support agreement with the agreed price unchanged during the term. If you feel EPL is not helping or providing the support you need, our commitment is to let you leave. Software is month by month, with flexibility to move up or down.
