Employee Passport was created for UK teams who want HR and Health & Safety to feel joined up, not scattered across spreadsheets, folders and separate systems. If you are reviewing a PeopleHR alternative, we make it easier to run the day to day basics with clear workflows and audit ready records. You also get access to our Help Desk for HR and Health & Safety, with site visits available when needed, so you are supported by real people as well as the platform.
Our mission is to help SMEs stay organised, consistent and compliant without drowning in admin. That means giving you a platform that keeps key actions, approvals and documents in one place, and support that helps you make decisions with confidence.
Accountability
We keep things clear. Who owns the task, what happened, when it happened, and what is signed off, so you always have a reliable record.
Passion
We care about getting it right. From onboarding to compliance, we focus on the details that protect your people and your business.
Humility
We listen first, keep it practical, and work in a way that fits your workplace, not a textbook process.
